PES 2018 - A Masterclass from KONAMI ?

Featuring the biggest advances in the series for over a decade, PES 2018 is coming.

KONAMI has revealed that PES 2018 will be launching officially on September 14,2017 and of course, ahead of FIFA 18. E3 2017 is looming around and we hope we get some demo videos and news officially or through leaks about this awaited PES 2018.

The license is always the issue in PES as it has been for a while now. The teaser features just Barcelona and Camp Nou, which is a bit disappointing but we hope to see some more stuffs in the trailer and E3 program notes. One cool new feature is the visual aspect of the game. The tunnel looks beautiful and hope it is for more stadiums.

Enhanced Visuals

The visuals of the game have never been disappointing apart from some player likeliness and faces, but KONAMI is promising a "Enhanced visual reality". The true-to-life stadium lighting have been included this year for day and night matches and 20,000 genuine data were collected about the tunnel and pitch. So, we might see two or three very detailed stadium in this year. Players models have also been updated and the animation updates checks the real motion, posture and movements in the pitch. Tattoos have been also added but we will see them for very few players.

Gameplay Master Class

The gameplay has been improving ever since the introduction of Fox Engine to this franchise. This year's title will feature realistic game speed and strategic dribbling providing a lot of gameplay realism in the game.Set pieces rework and one-player kickoff is accompanied by Real Touch+ allowing full body touch for ball control which is quite  interesting!

Online CO-OP

A new online mode will allow 2v2 and 3v3 co-op play for you and your friends to enjoy with each other.

New Modes and Improvements

Random match selection returns with some new features and presentation. The Master League will also have a improved transfer system including some graphic additions like pre-match interviews and locker room scenes which seems a good addition for offline players! New UI and appearance of the overall game is said to give a new and completely different experience to the players. PES League has been integrated for myClub, random match and co-op.

The major highlight of these details is that KONAMI has ensured that PC Steam version will undergo some huge improvements in the contents and visuals ensuring unity and no-discrimination across all current-gen platforms. Hope that this promise will be kept by KONAMI for PC users that they will have the same or even better PES 2018 than consoles!
