PES 2016 SMoKE update 8.3.1:
Changes:
- re-linked boots
- fixed gloves (100 gloves)
- fixed loading bug (Exhibition )
- added 260 new faces (over 2200 total patch faces)
- fixed some missing transfers
- revised some players stats
- other minor fixes

Only fix for the big clubs. Small and less known club such as LA Galaxy An Benefica still have black boot bugs. Also, the substitue and reserves players in big clubs also have black boots. Oxlade Chamberlain (Arsenal) for example.
