konami DP:
smoke patch includes by default all konami DP (DLC), we always build on the latest konami DP so the patch will always be fully compatible.
note that we do not include the exe in the patch anymore.

Teams and Players:

we always add teams and clubs to smoke patch, so far the teams added in smoke patch x version is listed in TEAMS 2018, this version includes two more new classic teams, eight new clubs and four new national teams.
players ID for smoke patch can be found in the patch DATABASE.

Leagues:

all fake leagues are replaced with real leagues
- Asia fake league: CSL league
- Europe fake league: Bundesliga
- America fake league: Liga Aguila
all leagues are licenced, in future updates we might create more optional leagues.


Installation:
- Extract patch files 
download all parts and be sure all are completed, extract only part one the rest will be extracted automatically, don't move any of the installation files or folders.

- Run SetupsmokeX18.exe
run the installer and choose PES 2018 installation folder, the patch must be installed in the same game folder, be sure you don't get errors and that the installer finished successfully.

GAME ON PES 2019

Konami promising ‘significant changes’ at it looks to step up battle against FIFA 19.

European Community Leader Adam Bhatti is helping shape a radical new game!

PES 2019 will be vastly different to last year’s game, according to the series’ European Community Leader Adam Bhatti.

Since Bhatti was appointed to the role in 2013, Konami’s flagship football game has seen somewhat of a critical revival – with scores often trumping EA Sports’ FIFA.

Sadly, though, PES is still lagging some way behind EA’s in the sales department.

As a result, the Japanese publisher will be ringing in the changes to ensure PES 2019 is a real contender against FIFA 19.

Bhatti has even moved over to Tokyo to offer his counsel first hand.

Speaking to Gamesradar, Bhatti said:  “The reason I’m going is because it marks a very important stage for the PES series.

“There will be significant changes made to the way we produce the game, and what we offer as a package.

“It’s the biggest change to the product in years, something that we began integrating with PES 2018.

“As mentioned earlier this year, we want to shock football fans each year for the next few years, with certain changes that simply wouldn’t be expected from a yearly title.”

PES games have always been close to the fans – who are integral in shaping the game year on year.

PES 2019 promises to empower fans even more to develop an ‘industry leading’ experience.

“We want to create a game that always puts the fans first, while at the same time giving non-PES players a way into the series,” Bhatti explained.

“To do this we need some big changes, not only in how the game plays.

“I’m extremely proud of how the game is playing, I believe it’s the best football playing experience we’ve ever created.

“But we need to offer the same high standard in all other areas, we want to be industry leading across the board.

“It’s an easy thing to say, but we’re always very aware of what it will take to get there.

“There will be sacrifices we need to make for the greater good, but all of which will make sense once the game is announced. It’s an extremely exciting time.”

PES 2019 will be released in September, likely a week or two before FIFA 19.

EA Sports are no doubt going to be watching developments in Tokyo very closely.

Smoke Patch X17 (10.1.7) release for PES 2018, this version was planned to be released by the end of the month with a lot of new teams, but we rescheduled the release due to konami DLC update recently, we will continue to add more teams to include in future versions, please read the patch information before downloading or installing smoke patch.

PES 2018 Smoke patch X17 - Announcements!

Smoke patch version 10.7.1 is in progress, it was planned to be released near the end of February, but since KONAMI released a new DLC, the patch will be out earlier, specially because PES auto update the files and the patch will no longer work properly with steam.






Expected changes: 
started adding real faces (ribery, tah, vallejo, coman, sule, ...)
added DP3
added two classic teams
added two national team
corrected some transfers
corrected some bugs
and others

Faces:
Converting faces from pes 2017 is very hard due to the system change in pes 2018, but we are adding real faces to pes 2018 starting with most famous players.




Data pack 3.0
The new KONAMI DP3 will be included in the patch, bringing new kits, faces and other updates.

New Teams:
We have continued adding more teams, but since DP3 came we will add only two new classic teams and two international teams in X17, we will make more new teams and include in future versions.




Fixes and corrections:
A lot of small enhancements or bug fixes were made in the patch, most of the fixes came from reports we had received.

PES 2017 SMoKE Patch 9.6 (X version) + update 9.6.2

Smoke Patch 9.6.0 (X version) release for PES 2017, please read the patch information before downloading or installing smoke patch.

This version have a reworked system files, it is important to start a NEW MASTER LEAGUE and BAL after installing 9.6 version, future versions will be based on this system files so no need to start new after this version.

it is necessary to mention that not all aspects of the patch is tested, since the database is converted from X version there might be some abnormalities that was not detected, but if any serious issue is reported it will be fixed in later updates.

Kits:
this version shares the same kits used for smoke patch for pes 2018, as we mentioned before, we give priority to apply real kits for teams instead of fake kits, we update kits for major clubs but not all teams have the kits of the current season, in each version we update more kits, special thanks to anyone who create updated kits and sent to us.

Teams:
the teams in this version are the same as in smoke patch for pes 2018, you can check the teams list here, more teams will be added in pes 2018 and 2017, all the teams are licenced in the patch, with the exception of two teams (pes united and we united) these two teams are left untouched for user customization.
all teams have correct attributes (coach, squads, stadium, ...)
the old league switcher will not work in this patch, will make new one when its done for patch 2018.

Players:
players stats and attributes are the latest konami stats of pes 2018, no fake players in the game (except in the two modifiable teams).
the face pack is the same as last version, no additional faces has been added, please note that we do not create faces but we add from pes-stars, also note that players in this version does not match exactly the same ID as in previous version, to add other faces refer to the new X database at the website, information tab.

Stadiums:
the same stadiums used in previous smoke patch is used now, with some minor enhancements and corrections.
the problem of stadium names in ML and BAL modes is resolved, all teams shows correct stadium name in all modes (this fix works with steam version only).
for low quality settings users, the same turf switcher can be used with this version.

Boots, Gloves and Balls:
same boots, gloves and balls used in this version, we might make a new packs in the future, meanwhile if you want to add a pack made by others you can replace the CPK files (without changing the dpfilelist)

Addons:
due to the major structural changes in the patch, not all smoke addons will work in this version, we will make new ones for both versions (pes 2017-pes 2018)
the turf switcher works fine and all smk extra slots system are also the same.

How to keep a custom team after updating smoke patch

In smoke patch there are two fully editable teams available to create your own team or to create a team that is not in the patch.

every update comes with its own updated edit file, so changes made will be overwritten by the update, this tutorial to explain how to keep a custom team after the release of a new update, this will restore the team without remaking it. this works with both PES 2017 and 2018, although maybe little different menu in both versions.






1. STEP ONE:

Before updating, start the game and go to edit mode, go down to (Data Management) then go to (Import/Export) then click (export team) and select the team you edited then give the export file a small name.





2. STEP TWO:

Close the game and install the update following installer.








3. STEP THREE:

After the update is successful run the game and go to edit mode, go to data management again the go to import team, select the export file from the list, a detailed settings options will come, select all and press OK, select the edited team slot.

That is it, the custom team made in previous version will be in the new updated edit file with all settings and changes.
